Why there isn’t there an upgrade pledge level for my existing Mogba’gh?
This expansion re-implements Mogba’gh and includes the existing hero cards. All other content is new, including the miniature. We can’t really offer a discounted product that includes everything except those cards. However, if you’re happy with your existing miniature and you’re not interested in the other new content - like maps - then we can provide all the scenarios using existing maps, from this campaign, as downloadable pdfs, to any backers of this project, including those backing at the minimum pledge level.
In more detail: To manufacture the simplest kind of PM:CH upgrade kit, we would need to produce extra base kits and manually unpack them and repack them as upgrade kits, throwing away the hero cards. This is due to minimum order quantities, which we have pushed as far as we can with our manufacturer.
Of course, you may want a different variation of an ‘upgrade kit’ that has different content. We would always be limited as to the number of variations we could produce, though, so we’ll continue walking through the simplest version.
So let’s assume that we’d make 50 “upgrade your Mogba’gh kit” pledges, including everything except thirteen cards. This has exactly the same production costs, as well as added manual labour on top. We really appreciate our returning backers and always try to cater for them. For this reason, we did enquire about what the repacking costs would be. It’s 2.50€/set, which is about US$3. So the production costs for an upgrade kit are actually higher than for the normal unit.

The shipping price is only an estimate. What does it mean?
KS only allows setting of the shipping price per pledge level and the area. This can give you a basic estimate about the actual shipping price, but the reality is way more complex. The shipping companies usually have some weight level and you pay price for that. So if you order let us say a core box and then an expansion XY, the weight of your package may or may not exceed to that next level. Backer kit, that will be used for adding possible add-ons has the ability to calculate the weight of the package so you will know the final shipping price there.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
